FAYETTEVILLE – Whether wanted or not, Arkansas was going to get some downtime during Southeastern Conference play.
Scheduling dictates each team receives something of a bye week over the course of the season. Arkansas’ falls this week and there shouldn’t be much complaining coming from the Razorbacks.
Arkansas (13-5, 2-2) doesn’t play again until Saturday and that’s probably a good thing. Consecutive losses to South Carolina at home, and at Georgia have the Razorbacks in desperate need of regrouping. With no midweek game, this seems like the perfect time for Arkansas to reevaluate and refocus.
