FAYETTEVILLE – Things were finally slowing down for Tyler Wilson. Practice was going well for the Arkansas freshman quarterback from Greenwood. He felt he had good command of the offense, could quickly process the options in front of him, and he was seeing tangible results in practice and recent scrimmages.
That changed Thursday.
Wilson found the game moving a little too fast again as he took the bulk of second team snaps at quarterback. Wilson had performed well enough to earn the snaps, but was reminded there is still a learning curve for a first-year player.
