Agreed. I think they're going to be weaker defensively than they were. Still no rim protector, and now Bogut & Ezeli are gone. Lost Barnes & Speights as well. Their starting five is the most talented in the league, but it's been their depth that has made them so destructive the last two years.

I'll wager that they won't even win 70 games next year. Probably go 66-16 or 67-15, which is still phenomenal, but nothing like the '82-0' crowd after KD announced he was going there.

What the Warriors did is a complete anomaly.  To have 3 draft picks that turned out as great as they did which put the Warriors in a position to sign a high dollar top free agent is going to be pretty much impossible to duplicate.  Good thing for the league it it will last two maybe three years max.

Exactly. You also have Curry as the most underpaid player in the league because he was having ankle problems when he signed his last contract. Factor in nobody realizing the salary cap was going to explode like it did, and you have the perfect storm.

Was watching some summer league. That Briante Weber for the Heat looks a lot like Pbev. That guy hustles his ass off, wish we had a few of those guys.

Pretty sure this is the league's dream. You take the best single season team ever and add one of the best scorers in basketball, who just lost a title because of a historical comeback by the next MJ and you have the most watched finals ever next year. If Lebron still wins, he is the best ever. I guess the next offseason Golden State will pick up Anthony Davis to see if that can beat Lebron.

Duncan is considered a top 5 player by a lot of people.  Definitely top 20 by every sane person.  Apparently, his body just broke down.  I'm sad to see him go, but I remember when he came into the league and what good shape I was in then vs. now (we're about the same age).

I think I figured out who Portis reminds me of, people keep saying KG. I think that's a stretch but ok there are elements

His body type and the way he runs reminds me of Elden Campbell

All I've seen Clarke do is pass the ball to someone else.

I missed it

Highlights looked like a good game, kind of a college atmosphere.

Portis had a few 3s and Valentine hit two huge shots at the end

This TBT on ESPN is a pretty interesting deal. 2 million winner take all tournament...mainly a bunch of d league and dudes that have to play overseas professionally...but many of the teams are more or less alumni college teams

Team had a chance to tie at the end and the financial planner fumbled the ball. He'll probably go back to making 100K and playing church league now.

The winning teams fans got paid.

Better trade value now. Good deal for both sides.
