I guess the Rainbow Warriors are a bunch of pussies.
My high school coach used language I never heard my Marine Grandfather use, and I don’t know a single person who had a problem with it.
We had a guy on our team who was about 6’5” and 225 in high school. Pretty big for a private school, especially back then. He was little soft, timid even, and coach got on his ass in practice one day and grabbed his facemask, called him a pig ole soft pussy, and questioned his manhood.
He did t rough him up or physically abuse him, just a good ole fashion “sack up or ship out” kinda talkin to.
The next day, the guy’s older brother, who was even larger and probably 28 years old, showed up at practice to confront the coach. He got in his face and did the usual “you won’t do that shit to me” tough guy shit. Coach bitch slapped him. Hard. Left a handprint on his face. Big brother hit a knee and began rubbing his face with watery eyes. Coach turns to younger brother and says something like “now is the time when you choose…do you want to be a big ole puss like your brother, all talk and no game, or do you want to be a fucking man?”
The brother left, and little brother’s nutts actually dropped. He became a monster that year.
Fuck a bunch of pussies who can’t take some rough language.
They probably all post on Hog-vile..

his own son transferred out. there's being a hard nose coach, and then there's being just an asshole. players have seemed to hate the guy wherever he's been.

I don’t remember that, but it would’ve had to have been under Morris. His last season at ASU was 2017 (Bert’s last) and his first at Hawaii was 2020 (Pittman’s first).
Typical Chad move to bring in a universally disliked asshole like Todd Graham.

I'm pretty sure it was under Morris. Morris was Todd Graham's OC at Tulsa for a season or 2 when Mal-a-zhan left Tulsa for Auburn, so there was a connection.
