I have never bought a prefab brand name mattress.  I have always been able to find a local mattress factory and order a custom built one.  Usually better quality and cheaper.

Ever looked at the organic foam stuff?  I buy lots of EVA foam from this place for gun cases/camera/electronics and the beds do seem comfortable to lay on.  Not sure how they last and I'm very happy with my Tempur (king of course).

Also, I want to have sex in and around your mouth. Please tell me you're in central Arkansas so we can meet up.  I'm not hard to find.

Can our Admin change the thread title to Austin Allen's Cock?  If so, then put me down for 10 inches, at least.

What I don't get is why people want a cheap mattress and spend about 8 hrs. a day on it but will spend $40k+ on a car and spend a hour in it. Can someone comment? I'll hang up and listen.

You don't get that people like to show off and/or try and impress other people? Man, it's like you live in a world without Corvettes and Porsches.

These folks will have all you need to know.  Plant-based additives mainly reduce VOCs.

They certainly make the same point I have made to buy American manufactured, not assembled in America, foam products if not going Tempur-pedic (Swedish).  The Chinese shit is full of toxic VOCs and is not in line with US standards.

Will these foam mattresses fit in a race car bed frame? I'm just asking for a friend...

Is the pillow top detachable so the mattress can be flipped over?

Not sure about that model but my Serta is not designed to be flipped over. There is definitely an "up" and "down".

And I like to call that "planned obsolescence."

I don't think so.  I just rotate mine 90 degrees and it is fine.

As long as it lasts a decade, who cares? I'm not planning to sleep on my parents cum-dumpster like OP for 50 years.

Where did I say 50 years or use a hand-me down bed? Designing a bed so it can't be flipped is shortening its usefulness, pure and simple.

He might've quoted you, but it isn't always about you...

My bedroom suite was originally purchased by my grandparents in the 1940's.  I have slept on the original mattress for many years and still do.  I wake up refreshed and ready to go every day without the need for an alarm clock.  No woman who shared the bed has ever complained.

Latex.

Speaking of latex and sleep quality, latex pillows are tits.  I highly recommend the ones Dillards sells.
