I haven't been in the Broyles complex in several years.  Where are all the offices going to be located now?

What's this place going to look like next season? Just a big open end zone or will construction be well underway?

I am not claiming I am right, I am saying I don't get it.

Peek toward the South when you can, and enjoy the legend of Hampton-to-Poydras.

I’ve never experienced anyone working at CFA being a jerk or rude but yesterday I encountered a guy in the drive thru who was not only rude but a jerk. When I finally had my order and he didn’t even say my pleasure I yelled “thanks for being a jerk” and drove off.

You mean everyone in the SEZ will have to bring their binoculars to see the plays unfold, unless the opposing QB runs up the middle toward the end zone?

Construction will be ongoing throughout next season.

The current TV will be placed in the SEZ.

csb/

I know some of the students who were being sent into various rooms in the Broyles Complex, and instructed to clean them out before the demolition was to take place .  Right before the bulldozers started, they were sent to clean out the Hall of Fame room.  The instructions before had been, take what you want; nice murals, uniforms and gear that was not longer being used became the property of the cleaner outers if they wanted it.  Same instructions on the HoF room.  Signed stuff by DMac, and other legends was on the way to becoming awesome Christmas presents.  Then the boss walks in and says, "Put all the hall of fame stuff in these boxes."  They have to resort to buying Christmas presents again.

Like I said.  Very cool story, bro.

Looking at the cleaned off area from the current (12/16/16, 8:30 AM) shot, I'm thrown into my memory of walking into that "indoor workout area" we had in 1985 and thinking, "man, this gives us a huge advantage . . ."  It's about the size of 2 basketball courts side by side.  The full length 100 yard indoor facility laughs heartily at those old coaches who were amazed so easily back in the day.

I remember walking through there as a 10 yr old right after it opened and thinking wow, this must be where God himself vacations.  I think my dad had a tear in his eye when he saw the indoor "field".   He also couldn't stop talking about the new weight room (lovely brown brick on the NW corner of the stadium) and how it was such a game changer and there was nothing like it.  Less than 10 years later, we had recruits coming in on visits asking us where the other half of our stadium was.

Well, then I'm glad to say I got this shot for posterity.  The one and only time our number was bigger than theirs on that board.

Coming along nicely.  I was really wanting to get up there for the RW game and see it all in person.  I've been checking out the webcams routinely.  The North Expansion #1 camera was screwed up for about 2 weeks.  Emailed OxBlue and they fixed it.  Now, I get spam mail from them all the time.   :suicide:

My understanding is the screen on the south end will be the same (as in the exact same equipment that used to be on the north end) size as what was in the north end.  Sitting on top of the stadium, it looks smaller to me (before the screen things are hung on the steel).  Anybody know more specifically?
