This was pretty fun. But you know what's even more fun?

Talkin' 'bout Mizzou!

Out of all the facts out there in the world (dinosaurs are more closely related to modern birds than they were to each other), this is my favorite fact at the moment:

Kim Anderson has a tidy 6-39 SEC record at Mizzou, good for a winning percentage of 13.3%.

I thought we could all share some of our favorite things that are more successful that Kim Anderson at Mizzou.

I'll start.

Things More Successful Than Kim Anderson at Mizzou

1. Napoleon's Invasion of Russia

Little dude returned to France with 120,000 of his original 685,000 men (17.5%)

Please share your own favorites! Remember, we are looking for things with a success rate of over 13.3%!

Things I've read recently about Mizzou.

They have shuttered two dorms because of falling admissions

Fall 2017 is to see another possible 2 digit percentage drop.

Mizzou State Ledge and Gov are yanking funding left and right forcing the likelyhood of STEEP tuition increases

Their pride and joy, the Journalism School serves a dying industry.

He served as the head football coach at Central State University (1977–1978), Kentucky State University (1992–1994), Morehouse College (1979–1989, 1995–1996), and Lane College (1997), compiling a career college football record of 65–125–5.

Wait a second....Are you telling me that SC-East is the only SEC team not to make the Sweet Sixteen since we last did (in 1999 or 2000 or whatever, we played North Carolina).

That doesn't seem right to me at all.  I thought there were multiple SEC teams who almost never make the tournament, and if they do, they certainly don't make the Sweet 16.

And Georgia!

UGA made the Elite 8 in '96, and MSU made the Final Four (this is a thing that happened! You can look it up!), so I broke the tie that way...UGA and MSU have played games in/beyond the Sweet 16 more recently than we have.

USC-East hasn't won a game at all in NCAAT since 1973 (despite being a #2 seed in '97 and a #3 seed in '98). Ten straight wins in the NIT at one point though ('05 and '06).

The most surprising entrant on that list for me was Creighton.
