I follow him on Twitter.  People up there absolutely LOVE him and it's easy to see why.  I love that he always shows his Razorback and hometown pride as well. 

I think we've had a lot of players close to him from an innate talent level, but very few that love basketball and play with the fire he has.  Everyone else wants to go to LA or NY to party, he wanted to go to Milwaukee (and stay) to win and to be appreciated.

He did go to New York and got paid $15 million for one season with the Knicks, which is still rather mind-boggling when you consider he's only making about $4.3 million this season with the Bucks.

He hated it there.  Giannis recruited him to the Bucks, and he says he took less money (a lot less) because he wanted to win.

He could've signed for a mint as a free agent this year and gave the Bucks an enormous hometown discount.  I hope he takes advantage of local endorsement opportunities, etc.

After the incident in Chicago I think he prefers a certain environment, teammates that can deal with how fiery he is and even use that to their advantage.  He has some pretty cool and collected and focused teammates there and I think that helps.  He also hates losing.  He made the biggest deal about being stuck at home and outside of the bubble in Orlando and he wanted to be playing, he hated it.
