In other NCAA softball action, there was a surprise out of Tuscaloosa with Stanford ending the Tide’s season early. They beat them in the 1-0 game yesterday and the IF game today.

Mississippi State is battling Florida State in their IF game, down only 3-1 in the 3rd.

No other surprises but there are a few yet to be decided.

BlowU beat Aggie 20-0 in 5 innings to move to their Super.

Was one of the best comments I’ve ever seen from a softball girl. Not sure, and don’t care, what led her to leave her home state, but love that she came here. Most likely because of our coach, who is like the other coaches we’ve hired.

And everyone needs to bring a middle finger sign to the ballpark next weekend. Show them the same “love” we’d give any other Texas team in any other sport whose coach flipped off the umpires after getting ejected last week.

It was FAR from full. I was pissed. The BERM was like 100% full capacity with the rowdies. I'd say there were probably 30% empty seats. Some of the super duper donors who bought up all the freakin seats in the bowl didn't sell their tickets and didn't show up. Probably weather related. Blah.

I'll bet it's full Thursday night and Friday afternoon though.

If you want to be even more on board, go watch some of the videos on HOGS+. Those alone are worth the subscription price.

If nothing else, watch the one titled, "My Time: Thankful Wall." They have several "My Time" as a recurring theme, but this one will give a clear perspective of why this is such a good TEAM with an incredible leader.
