Taking the Board Down at Midnight Tonight

I've got everything ready to go. Did the upgrade in the sandbox and cleaned up all sources of error messages.

It will be down for about an hour

- Put in maintenance mode so no one can post.
- Make a copy of the database
- Put the upgrade files on the server
- Run the upgrade. This took about 30 minutes in the sandbox as there are database structure changes.
- Put the theme files that were causing errors but now fixed from the sandbox over to their corresponding locations here
- Do a few tests
- Bring the board back up

If things go wrong
- Copy this version's files back to the server
- Point the boards at the database copy I made before starting

I think this is largely my fault.  I did a bunch of work to try to make the board useful on mobile browsers like 4 years ago, and the new PHP upgrade doesn't recognize any of it.  We'll get it fixed.
