Here's who needs to wake up for the CWS...as we all know....Robert Moore. In the NCAAT, he is 3 for 21 with 4 RBIs, 3 Ks, 3 walks, and one HBP. And two of the 3 hits were home runs in the 20-12 OSU game 1. In his last 4 games, he's 1-15 with 3 Ks and 1 walk. This dude needs some Derek Ruscin treatment.
So we have faced #7 and #10 and now will face #2 it seems.
If the Hogs make the championship series then I may fly up for the event.
So if Oregon wins, we could also end up playing the #3 seed. Brutal.
Can our Admin change the thread title to Austin Allen's Cock? If so, then put me down for 10 inches, at least.
Weak SEC West was the narrative this year. No dominate teams. Turns out there was probably 3 or 4.
Some NCAA tourney stats for Gregory through 6 games and how they rank among the 9 regulars:BA: .105 (worst on team, next lowest is Moore at .143)OBP: .292 (worst on team, next lowest is Moore at .357)SLG: .158 (worst on team, next lowest is Moore at .429)OPS: .450 (worst on team, next lowest is Moore at .786)Runs scored: 5 (tied for 4th)Hits: 2 (worst on team, next lowest is Moore with 3)RBI: 0 (worst on team, next lowest is Stovall with 3)HR: 0 (every other starter has at least 1)Walks: 3 (tied for 6th)HBP: 2 (tied for 3rd)Strikeouts: 11 (worst on team, next highest is Webb and Wallace with 7)LOB: 9 (worst on team, next highest is Turner and Battles with 8 )SB: 0 (tied for lowest)Errors: 0
There was a discussion on SEC Rant last night about why Gregory shouldn't be in the lineup. The usual "he gets on base!" was tossed out, and someone posted his splits for NCAA tournament games to dispel that notion. Lots of awful on here, but it also shows how bad Moore has been as well.
Anyone want to copy and paste the tweet above? The twitters demand a sign in/sign up to see it..-ps, our RPI is up to 20 per Warren Nolan!
No errors???9th inning Game 2 against OSU wasn’t an error?
I am not claiming I am right, I am saying I don't get it.
