Title: NFL Thread-O-The-Week
Post by: Death By Sooiecide on December 01, 2011, 07:35:02 PM
Tell me somebody else saw that interception Vince Young just threw.

Possibly the worst I have ever seen.

Hello, I'm a bewildered Seahawks fan.

Lynch has had an awesome run the past four games.  105/456/4 TD.  It seems the Seahawks are finally figuring out how to run block.  We still don't have a true fullback, but Marshawn doesn't seem to need one at the moment.  "Ah, looks like Lynch isn't going to get anyth-What the FRICK?"

Anyone remember the 'Beast Quake' run from the Saints game last year?

Anyway, might actually have a good team if not stuck with Tarvaris.

Good news, Thom Brennaman is calling the Broncos' game this weekend for FOX.

If you're fortunate enough to spend 5 minutes, 20 minutes, watching this game on Sunday, your life will be better for it.

No wonder Percy Harvin is lighting them up. Out of all the players on the field he's probably spent the most time with Tebow.

Without the hail mary, that would've been a thrilling 3-3 game heading into OT.  As it is, a 10-3 Chiefs win that keeps whatever slim playoff hopes they have alive.

And yes tebow has thrown the ball well today.  What kind of shit coverage were the Vikings in?

The Broncos are going to win the Super Bowl this year.

Everybody will be left scratching their heads and asking themselves what the fuck just happened as the Broncos lift the Lombardi Trophy.

Fantasy football makes for paradoxical cheering scenarios.  My opponent has Tony Romo.  I have Jason Witten.  I accept that any point I get for Witten will be canceled out by this quarterback.

Just now, though, the Cardinals punted to Dez Bryant.  I was yelling for him to either fumble or take it to the house.  Everyone else in the house is confused.

Green Bay's defense gives up ridiculous amounts of yards.  They can't stop anyone unless the get an interception (which they do often).  They also have the worst prevent defense in history, and they play it a lot.

I am a life long Green Bay fan, but I don't have a good feeling about them repeating.  Offensively they are a juggernaut.  Defensively they suck.  Sure the NFL has turned into a pussy league designed to allow passing, but defense still counts for something.

you and me both

I hold out hope that since they still only have Collins out for the season maybe everybody can be back and ready to go when the playoffs start.  The good thing about yesterday was the offense didn't play perfectly (LOTS of drops) and the defense was lousy at times and they still beat a team fighting for its life on the road.
