Woopig News and Help / Re: I've got a resumé question.

I wouldn’t worry about the length. If you have a good history that isn’t filled with buzzwords and bullshit then the length becomes less of an issue. My resume is a little over two pages.

I would also move the education down to the bottom. I assume you're applying for engineering jobs.  They already know you have an engineering degree. Let them get right into your experience which is what’s going to get you the job.

If you would like I can send you my resume just for comparison. Sometimes it’s nice to see what others do even if it’s only to get ideas for fonts and structure.

You good folks care to take a look at this?  I've updated it to include some recent changes.  My primary concern here is that it might be getting a bit lengthy for someone fresh out of school, but I read a wholeeeee lot of varied opinions on this and as best as I can tell, they all seem to be primarily subjective.  Of course, if there are any other glaring stoopidZ I've overlooked I'd obviously like to hear about those as well...

Just, you know, if you're bored or whatever.

Hard to say.  Registration is open, and if they don't post, we don't necessarily know they're bots.  There weren't a ton of new registrations in the weeks leading up to it.

Looking at the stats board: http://woopig.net/board/index.php?action=stats

January 11 to 23, the most online numbers skyrocketed.  Were we all especially interesting during that time or was it some kind of bot surge?
