2009 NFL Playoffs Thread

I realize that most of you pansies are still pussyhurt that the Cowflaggots missed the post-season, but so far the Cardinals look pretty damn sharp... including what seems to be a rejuvenated James at RB.

And just as you would expect, as soon as I post the above, Arizona promptly goes two straight three and out.

How in the Starkville did JP Sports/Lincoln Financial/Raycom Tom Hammond get in the position to call an NFL playoff game?

Chris Collinsworth more than makes up for Hammond doing play-by-play.

I wonder if Edgerrin James cries himself to sleep every night for leaving Indy.

That may be the luckiest fumble recovery and return for a TD that I've ever seen.

Ryan will still lead Atlanta back to a win in this game. The Cards will realized that they are indeed Arizona.

I for one am rooting strongly against Atlanta.

I'm so sick of the ESPN love Atlanta gets.  The obvious sucking up, pandering, and dry humping of that team makes me want to fart.

All I ever hear when I turn on ESPN is how Matt Ryan should be the MVP.  Matt Ryan this; Matt Ryan that.

Meanwhile Joe Flacco from friggin Delaware is having a just as good, if not better year, and gets no love.
I am not claiming I am right, I am saying I don't get it.

Don't really know what Indy is doing here at the end - either throw it up deep or just take a knee.

And now we get to see yet another game decided by the ridiculous stupidity that is NFL "sudden death" overtime.

The chargers may be better off trading LT for a 2nd/3rd rounder and keeping sproles.
