Ryan will still lead Atlanta back to a win in this game. The Cards will realized that they are indeed Arizona.

I got a lot of stuff on order. You know... credit trouble

to put it plain and simple...sudden death
"I played seven years in the NBA," Mayberry said. "But nothing can take away the time I had over here playing for Coach Richardson. They were the best years of my life. Arkansas fans are the best."

I hate the Chargers.  I was pulling for the Colts yesterday for the first time in my life.

I hate that cocky smug little bastard that plays QB for the Chargers.  I hate the 98 camera shots of Tomlinson while he's standing on the sideline.   I hate that team.

I have noticed that their cheerleaders are the best in the NFL though over the last 2 weeks.

Turner will cut a good team's throat, before leaving for other places.

When he gets to said places, he will take hormones to grow full, pouty breasts before doing drugs on camera with other prisoners and then die.

I think it should be sudden death after say 7:30 minutes or after each team has the ball which ever happens first. It's too easy for teams to drill 55 yard field goals these days and that's just chicken aMm IMO.
I totally yielded.

win it in regulation and you dont have to worry about sudden death or 55 yard fg's

exactly.

with nfl return games, you get the ball around the 30. with nfl kickers, 50 and in is damned near automatic.  you have to make it to the 32 for a 50 yard field goal.

so all things being equal, you need a coin flip and 38 yards of offense to win the game with the other team never getting a shot.  that's bullshit, imo.

personally, I like college's system.  I know people bag on it when there are 6 or 7 OT games, but those games are some of the most exciting ever.  Make the 2 point mandatory from the first OT, and let them play.

I like the pro rule, except both teams should have at least one possession.

I do not like the college OT rules as it is almost a different game with a totally different philosophy.

I would like the college version more if they would make each team have to kick it off to the other one and do a complete kickoff return, drive, etc more instead of this fast break version from the 25 yard line.

That would be fine, or perhaps back the teams up more.  Like Hurtt said, practically any kicker in the League can hit a 50-yarder on a good day.  Start 'em from the 40 or even midfield.

I'm not opposed to that.

But the current system is bunk.
