What the frick is up with T.O. wearing his caps like this?

it makes him look like he's got Gollum ears. I thought maybe his ears was fricked up or something because they look like that anytime I've ever seen him wearing a cap. But on further investigating...

nope. He just jams the fricker down on his head to make his ears look like jet wings. Makes him go faster, I guess; aerodynamics and all that...
