So I just realized that the score is actually 7-5?  I mean, I've been watching and it's actually a good game, but I hate both of these teams and they can go frick themselves.

So I go to put in a movie and what is our current Netflix selection?
Little Miss fricking God Damn Sunshine.

Should have never let the girlfriend have access to my Netflix queue.

Stop blaming everything on your nonexistent girlfriend and just own up to thinking LMS was a porn flick.

With the current NFL pass interference rule if you don't throw the ball deep at least 10 times a game you're stupid.  Half the interference calls are so borderline there's no way the penalty should be as severe as it is.  This is one of the few times that I prefer the college rule over the NFL rule.

Defense wins championships.

The Super Bowl is next Sundee in Pittsburgh.

The game in Tampa will just be a formality for whoever comes out of the AFC.

I won't say who I think will win it all, but it will be a team that doesn't have a bird mascot.

Yeah, you're probably right.  Pittsburgh's going to roll over the Ravens.  Three touchdowns, at least.

I still am not convinced that the Ravens are all that.
Harbaugh has yet to show any confidence at all in Flacco when it counts. That highly touted D was bailed out by shitty effort on the Titans part several thousand times.

The Steelers have tapped that ass before and they will do it again. No way this game stays closer than 20. Pittsburgh will roll. I'm not sure if the line will be any more than 4.5 or 5, so put the house on the Steelers. I'll be shocked if that the Ravens even keep it within single digits after the 2nd quarter.

Get ready for your Philly-Pittsburgh super bowl... because the Eagles will anally rape Arizona by several scores. They will make that Dallas beating look juvenile. It will be a complete clusterfuck of epic proportions in Tampa.

Meanwhile this weekend I saw no less than 3 times where the play clock was 0 and -1, -2, -3 before the ball is snapped without a penalty.
I totally yielded.

Hurtt's prediction needs to be spread far and wide.  It's gospel.  Pittsburgh won't even see another bump in the road this season.

It's theirs for the taking.  Three TDs.

Dasmn, I was wanting SD to win just to see an 8-8 showdown in the SB.  Starkville, there would have been 2 8-8 teams hosting next week if they had.

Psst, Arizona was 9-7 in the regular season.

But I WAS hoping for those two teams in the SubPar Bowl.

I doubt it will be that close.  In all my years of watching NFL football I've never seen a better team than this year's Pittsburgh Steelers.  They are easily the greatest team of the modern era.

Yup.  My sources tell me that Ray Lewis is seriously considering retirement before Sunday.

Quote from: Associated Press
Since the NFL-AFL merger in 1970, there have been 18 times when a team went into a playoff game with a chance to complete a three-game season sweep, according to STATS, Inc. Those teams are 11-7.
