I believe that is correct. Pre-tsunami.

To show how little I know about this show I'm assuming that all this was taped months ago and they are not in Samoa right now is that correct?
That is correct. The current episode wrapped up filming near the end of July. Survivor 20, which will follow the current episode, was also filmed in Samoa. Fortunately, they finished filming about 3 weeks ago. But, some of the areas that we see on the show right now have been obliterated.

That would have made for some real interesting reality TV.
Also, I am enjoying the new swimsuits and slipping tops during challenges this season.

I wonder if there is somewhere you can see the unedited versions of the show?

I missed this week's episode. What happened?
In short there was a showdown at tribal between Jaison and Ben with Jaison essentially calling Ben a racist for what he said about Yasmin the week before (ghetto trash) and Ben came off looking like an ignorant redneck. The tribe voted Ben out 6-1. Here is a much longer, detailed recap of the entire episode: http://www.cbs.com/primetime/survivor/recaps/1903/recaps.php?season=19

Nope. That would be a leak of epic proportions...guarantee you CBS goes to great lengths to keep the winner from being revealed...so all of it is on lockdown.

yea, even though the finally is broadcast live they dont want you to know who makes it to the final. They even make the contestants sign contracts saying they wont say aMm or they forfeit all winnings and will be sued for big bucks. I have looked online for shows with out the blur over the boobies but have failed

It's broadcast live, but Probst, the producers, and the editors have all read the votes beforehand.

I was just coming here to say the same thing about her bikini time. Goofy face, but that is one smokin body.
And the still shots don't do her running justice.

Or the ones of her on the canoe deal.

I'm sure I'm some kind of evil chauvinist for saying this, but even the chicks who start out hot, get wayyyyy hotter bodies after starving themselves for 3 weeks and losing a lot of weight on this show.

Those two got naked during one challenge just for the Starkville of it. Survivor needs to release a "girls gone wild" video featuring all of the shots they had to blur out of the hot babes.

Psyched Russell into giving up the immunity idol and then voting out Eric. Russell's power took a big hit last night but he brought it on himself by telling everyone he had the immunity idol.

He's definitely nowhere as smart as he thinks he is. The aggressive players rarely win Survivor. But I find him very entertaining, nevertheless. This show is full of dumasses. Shambo can barely form a cogent thought -- dumb as a rock. And how about the "rocket scientist?" He thinks Russell needs his help because he needs an ally with a high IQ.

Don't be so gloomy. After all it's not that awful. Like the fellow says, in Italy for 30 years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland they had brotherly love - they had 500 years of democracy and peace - and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock.
