Worst one, to me, is the 2-4 record against Kentucky.

That one just still doesn't make sense to me.

No doubt. Whodda thunk that.

You have to remember who was the "coach" at Arkansas during those six losses to make any sense of it.

We were well on our way to an SEC championship several years ago, until Urban Meyer looked across the field at the other coach and thought, "it's 4th and 14 from our own 14, but their coach is such a dumas that I think we can pull off a fake here."  Which of course he did, which then led to Reggie Fish trying to field a subsequent punt on the 3 fricking yard line.  You know the rest....

Since I didn't include the A&M and Missouri games played prior to this season in the earlier list, here is a very quick look at our non-conference record since we joined the SEC:

Overall:      61-22 (includes regular season and bowl games)
Home:        51-8 (30-5 @RRS, 21-3 @WMS)
Away:        3-6 (includes road game against SMU in Shreveport in '97)
Neutral:      3-0 (regular season games only, all against Texas A&M in Dallas from '09-'11)
Bowls:        4-8

In the interest of truth, justice, and the American way, I thought he was on about the 1 yard line when he attempted his Willie Mays impersonation. Could be wrong, though.

One of those wins was Tim Couch throwing to the EZ for a tie in the last minute and the other win was the 7OT job @ KY. If they don't jump offsides on 4th down at the 1 in the 6th OT they score a TD and win that one.

Boy I'll tell ya....we are a couple plays away from being 0-6 vs the Cats.

That record against Vandy is a little better looking than it really could be as well.

That screencap reminds me...Whatever happened to Crosby Tuck?

Never came back after the broken arm.  Got a med. RS, practiced again in Spring of '08, but he didnt make the 2 deep.  I think I remember him quitting shortly after that to pursue studies or something like that.
Mama was definitely not a fan of BMFP's coaching style on the practice field.

Is that the one that Petrino told that his dad should've left him on the toilet seat where he belonged after he asked for his release?
Or so that is the story... allegedly. That may have been Lucas Miller.

Another reason I thank God for Bobby Petrino.  The fact he came in here and in 4 years had our program in the consensus top 10 nationally to exorcise the Nutt sycophants and the "he's the best we can do, who you going to get?" mantra.  If the hire had been Jim Grobe or Tommy Bowden, just wow.

If we hadn't fallen in to Petrino we might have never known what the right coach can accomplish here.

The very existence of flamethrowers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, "You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job
