if you lived
their there the first 18 years of your life, you think it used to be normal and not shitty. most of my family and my wife's still live there. I thought it was better when I was kid and there were 4 or 5 thousand people. now it looks like something a 5 year old would build playing sim city.

In my business the biggest challenge is finding young job candidates who if they will actually work, can construct an English sentence, perform simple algebraic logic, and can accept criticism to their fragile, public school induced, soccer mom polished, self-esteem. Failure is the best teacher in life, and the best separator of the herd. It's not surprising our schools have become this factory of failure; they are run by this cesspool of bruised egos, social misfits, and weak-spined socialists that were marginalized in high school and failed in real life.
