Last year we upgraded from DSL to a T-1. I went into GoDaddy's DNS management tool and changed the A mail record for the new public IP and all of a sudden messages are getting stuck in the outgoing que. I call them and tell them the PTR record did't get changed. They tell me they've created it but it will take 24 hours to propagate. This goes on for 3 days until I get a guy on the line who admits they can't create it. Move DNS to AT&T and we're back up in less than an hour. GoDaddy can suck it.
i thought GoDaddy was a search engine not a server.
Get out of this thread. It's not even a search engine.
Elvis, your Avatar makes me want to squirt mustard all over her corndog!
You seen the Rick Perry one? The photoshops make me laugh.
Well, three folks have pledged to take care of it. I would like to say who they are, but sometimes people don't want to be outed. If everything goes smoothly we'll have a new server allocated late next week. Next weekend will be when we get things ready and maybe pretty quick after the A&M game we'll be good to go and running on a better server.
Just tried that and ended killing a hooker with a flamethrower which coincidentally is just a typical Thursday night at FayettenamHog's house.
we've actually moved that to Wednesday night. Thursday night is for paint huffing and killing kittens.
as long as we're still on for Bottoms Up Friday nite before the Barners, it's all good.
I've been having issues for a couple of hours, is that just me?
Since we have a new server maybe we should see if Nafoom is in need of a slightlyusedwooserverku.
I am not claiming I am right, I am saying I don't get it.
We're not on a new server yet.
