i don't know much about it either...i do however know in general you're suppose to smoke it....however my crazy neighbor eats it by the handful.

134 tons of weed is a lot.  I've seen 30 lbs layed out on a living room floor( when i was in college) and I've seen 1000 lbs in the back of a uhaul. 
I think 134 tons might fill several shipping containers.  Like maybe 6 or 8.  That is a lot of the chronic, but if it is just old brown messican dirt weed then it isn't worth much( relatively speaking).
