at least Donald Driver came to play.

the rest of the receivers need to take note.

I don't know who to pull for next week.  SF vs NY?

I like a change of pace.  Go, Fighting 69ers!

That's okay.  Curles will bail them out.

I've never seen packer fans boo their own team like this.
I totally yielded.

Looks like Green Bay should have spent more time practicing and less time filming dumb State Farm commercials.

Efficient offenses beat crappy defenses when it matters.  Green Bay has no idea what to do when the Giants cut back behind the play.

Over the last few years, I've grown to like Eli as a QB a little more each season.  Still unsure about what the 49ers could bring to a Superbowl against the Pats, but Eli/Brady Rd. 2 would be an interesting sight.

Why do I like Eli and Peyton and HATE Archie?

Giants win it all.

When the Giants rid the world of the scourge that was the Patriots of 2007 I became a fan for life.  I love the Packers but they did not deserve to win this game.  And when your defense is that bad - dead last in the league - you're not going to win the Super Bowl.

I used to not like Eli at all, but he is a heck of a QB.  I'm a big fan of his and he's not someone you want to see in the playoffs.

How many rings does Peyton have? I can think of one, if Eli gets his 2nd Peyton's broke neck might heel up.

Elway might also get a phone call from an anonymous agent.

Y'all are too naive.  The powers that be want some kind of win one for the Gipper sidebar matchup.

It'll be whatever required to put Harbaugh vs. Harbaugh.  Checks are being written.

The real pressing question is whether or not Quarterbacks will wear skirts or tutus next season.

So there are a couple possibilities that are in play.

1. Harbaugh super bowl
2. Rematch of 2007 super bowl NY vs. NE.

Some pretty craptastic officiating here in this game.  It appeared to me that GB paid the referees to help them stay in the game.  4 to's in the game (should be 5).  I wish the NFL would fine the refs for those horrible calls like they do players for dangerous hits.

I also wouldn't go calling Brady the manning killer either.  Eli would like a word with you.
You only have to be the best team today.

Well that was a fricking disaster.

I knew I used up a couple of decades of good sports fan karma on the Cards this year.

This pretty much sums up both the Packers and the officiating in that game today.

Not the slightest lamentation for the Texans?  A cheesehead fan in S. Texas?  You need to explain yourself.  Come on, out with it--you're a yankee, aren't you?

Pretty sad for the tourists that died; I hope that cruiseline had it's insurance payments current.

Nope, no lie, I saw a game on TV when I was about 5 or 6, my favorite color was green, they had "green" in their name, and I have rooted for them ever since.  I didn't really become conscious of them until 1969, when I was 8, you know, the year after they stopped winning and didn't win again until 1996.  I had friends who cultivated my hatred of the Cowboys so I wil always hate them even though I live within a mile of their Valley Ranch complex.

I am loyal.  I can't just say "Well, I think I'll like somebody else now."  It's the same with the baseball Cards (KFFA radio got me there) and the Hogs.  Even though I went to school at GT (and added them), I didn't take away the Hogs.  GT and the Hogs never play each other, so it's no problem.

Sorry, but I, the pot, called the kettle black.  I will proclaim it board-wide instead of PMing your pardon.  I dumped the Falcons decades ago because of Glanville’s corruption of the best-looking uniform in the NFL (save the colors).  And, marrying a MN gal, I commenced to pulling for the Vikes.  So, I can’t claim any better position than you, except that, living in NWA now, I follow the Chiefs, too.  I simply like underdogs.  PM me if you were AE ’85, I might’ve had a geek class with you.
