Springfield, MO Razorback Club
« on: January 19, 2012, 03:40:54 PM »
Hey everyone, wanted to take a quick sec to announce the pre-formation of the Springfield, MO Razorback Club. Have been working with the Razorback Foundation on this, and we're in he early stages of trying to see if we can garner enough support in Southwest Missouri for a full-on club. If we can, we'll try to have our first get-together/watch party next month. I think we can get a speaker and some door prizes too.

We definitely have enough hog fans in this region, but the club has just never been developed. If you live around Springfield, please check out the newly created facebook page here here: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Springfield-Razorback-Club/252353971505196

The responses/likes we receive on facebook will help us gauge the amount of support we have for this.

Thanks.

I have been told that they are now playing Hog games on the TV feed up in Springfield.  I consider this a major victory for us.

This is true. Wednesday and Saturday nights we get Hawg Ball on the local FOX affiliate here in the Branson/Ridgedale metroplex.

Branson/Ridgedale metroplex.

You live at Big Cedar?  That's the only time I've ever heard of Ridgedale.

I hate that stoplight at 65/86.  It will catch me every time I'm on that road.

I took an epic aMm at that gas station one time.  It was almost a shitmergency because of that flashing "you better get ready to stop" sign that lights up a mile away from the stoplight.  True story.

You're not the only one. A guy I know once dealt that bathroom a blow disgusting and vile it cannot be discussed here.

After a decent walk I can be within hollerin' distance of it.

We need to take SW Missouri the Starkville over.

I seriously want to make that state our bitch.  Hopefully DGB is just another in a long line of Missouri's top prospects to head to Fayetteville.

Nebraska used to dip into KC and SW MO, like Webb City.  The Big Ten has always gotten the cream of the crop from STL.  If we could get 2-3 players a year from these places, we'd be a lot better.

So did they officially start a razorback club?  The fb page appears slightly disorganized.

I see where they're having their "watch parties" at Parlor 88, which is a venerable MILF hangout. So at least they have that going for them.

I'll bet BiggHurtt doesn't even feel pain, Animal doesn't live in Little Rock, Nick Ahpleeze is not polite to african-americans, and Hobo has a house of his own.

I was stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC when I joined this board a while back. I'm glad to be away from that region, though. The weather sucked and the television market was based in the middle of ACC Starkville. Speaking of tv, will the Georgia/Losers game be on SEC Network?

Close; his blue suede shoes are obscured by the disgusting images of his destroyed Achilles.
