What, exactly, is the rationale behind that?  You can wear a jersey and sit in a locker, but you can't take the minimal additional step of putting their name on the jersey or locker?

You can not simulate a game day atmosphere.  Kiffin was giving guys jerseys and using smoke coming out of the tunnel and having the announcer call em out over the loud speaker...etc.  We made the mistake of having Names on lockers when Peacock and a few others visited.
