I think the student section is using the same "He's Cute", "Who's She" signs since I sat in Barnhill.  Surely to Eric Poerschke someone with no life and a little wit can come up with something new and better?

I thought the same thing this weekend. They were kind of funny when I first saw them, but it's odd they are still doing the same thing. I guess it'd be better if the arena was full and everyone was into it and yelled it loud.

As a general rule, anything that gets professionally printed and has any sort of sanctioning by the athletic or band departments is going to be behind the times and lack anything resembling creativity.

When I was in school (97-01) the students made individual signs for conference opponents and good teams, and these pre-printed ones were only used for the rest of the teams.

Those signs date back to when basketball was a big deal.  And they were weak-dick back then.

I kind of thought the same thing when I went to the Meatchicken game this year.

There used to be a little research into the person for each sign.  And this was during the birth of the interwebbays when info was limited.  You would think with the easy pickens out there on the twatters and facebays that they could come up with some really good (wrong if you will) stuff on every player.
