I agree. I feel bad about being this ticked off, but I am. This rivals the worst of the Pelphrey era. This was pointed to by everybody as our best chance at winning a road game and we come out and give an effort like this. Georgia's shooting well but they're shooting either uncontested 3's or driving to the rim for a layup. Getting killed on the boards this bad is unacceptable.  And you're right about Mickelson, too. He is a terrible defender and rebounder. He gets blocks just because of his height. He may be good later but currently he gives us very little. But what's really sad is that Sanchez gives us even less.

Abron threw an elbow, for sure. He deserves the flagrant.

I guess I haven't read your aMm as much. But it seems like every post you ever make is to bitch. Not that I'm completely disagreeing with you on this post. But I'm just curious on who pisses in your wheaties every morning

Brandon Mitchell is wasting his time. He could be in football getting better, but instead is riding the pine doing absolutely nothing. Does he not know were a football school.

Did Mitchell travel with  the team?  Seems like a perfect time to get him in.  Put Kikko in and tell him to shoot every time he gets the ball.

What the Starkville is Georgia shooting pctg outside of 10 feet?
It has to be something ridiculous. They've played out of their fricking minds.

Hope Sanchez isn't hurt to bad, that didn't look all that great.

Looked like he popped his shoulder out of place. Hopefully that's all it is and he can just pop it back in

Wade channeling his inner Alex Dillard.

Then does something completely dumb. Walks all the way across the lane and misses the layup.

I'm more than a little tired of the "We're young" excuse. All teams are young at some places. I'm not saying I expect these guys to be Kentucky but I expect them, after 22 games, to go out and give at least a reasonable amount of effort on the road. It was obviously not there tonight. They know by this point what it takes to compete on the road - they did it at Bama, for the most part, except for that killer 5 minute scoring drought at the end of the game.

These guys may turn it around at some point, but as hard as is to say, I might be as disappointed with this group as I've been with a Razorback team in the last 10 years.

I stayed home from the gym to watch this.  Not only can they be blamed for my pissed off mood, but my continued obesity.  Thanks.

And I wasn't going to drink tonight. Not only can they be blamed for my pissed off mood, but my continued alcoholism. Thanks.

Only if Wade and Young take the rest of the shots in the game, apparently.

The "we're young" defense does not work anymore. Most teams are young these days...the "one and done" rule has killed college basketball.

I'm more than a little tired of the "We're young" excuse. All teams are young at some places.

We're young in every place.

We have 9 scholarship players.

It's not an excuse, it's reality.

And when a team comes out and makes everything it looks at from the outside like UGA has tonight, we don't have anything to answer with.

It's disappointing, but the tone of this whole thread is too. This team's already exceeded my expectations for them this year... I'm not exactly satisfied, but I knew this season was going to take some major patience going in. Really seems like a lot of people had some unreasonably high expectations.

Tonight was another bad apple. Oh well. Life goes on. When a team shoots like UGA has tonight... well, that's why it's tough to win on the road.

If u want to watch good bball, Puke and UNC are on ESPN. Beats watching this circus.

Here's a loyal Hog fan.

What a douche.  The Hogs have played their ass of every single game at home, they've been competitive but unable to win on the road, and we have one off night on the road and the sucknuts come out to give their input.

Again...  seriously?

How many teams are throwing nine scholarship players out on the floor?

Hint: None of the good ones.

Probably being overly positive, but even after this game I still can't give up on this team to make the tourney. It definitely looks like aMm tonight, but seeing that we will win the rest of our home games and just steal ONE road game. 21-10, 9-7 in SEC, plus a win in the SEC Tourney may still be enough to get in. If it's not, aMm. But doing this well with this team this soon is pretty damn amazing. I hate playing like aMm on the road. It's aggravating as Starkville. But there's a Starkville of a lot of upside going into next season regardless. I'll still hold out hope just a little longer
